You will be working with Passport Senior Management to enhance our guest's experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a group that is progressive and fun to be a part of. Responsibilities:

Client interaction via telephone, online and some face to face. Must be highly organized and tech savvy. 

Building rapport, solving problems face to face.

Using our online or telephone tools to answer customer questions and concerns and solving any issues that arise. 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Must have STRONG written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to brainstorm with co- workers on process to ensure Excellence in Hospitality and Customer Service.

Prior hospitality or customer relations experience required, telecommuting/virtual work considered for the right candidate. 

High energy with a can do, get it done great attitude. 

Have a clean driving record with a drivers license, pass a drug test and background screen.
