Service Manager
Every service professional at a Passport Auto Group retail center must excel in listening, communicating and working efficiently to our standards.
The Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines.
Skills / Experience:
•Minimum 5 years experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures and controls
•Proven organizational skills
•Client contact experience
•Business planning abilities
•Ability to manage, evaluate, develop and direct staff
