The BMW Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines. This position requires a sales minded professional who's professionalism and tireless work ethic goes hand in hand with Passport's World Class Experience.

Job Requirements

Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures and controls
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Client contact experience
  • Business planning abilities
  • Ability to manage, evaluate, develop and direct staff


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to motivate, coach and counsel direct staff


  • High school and/or job related experience, college degree a plus
