LOANER CAR COORDINATOR/SERVICE ADVISOR TRAINEE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Loaner Car Coordinator / Junior Service Advisor to join our service team. In this dual role, you will manage the dealership’s loaner car fleet and support service advisors by helping to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full service advisor role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the loaner vehicle program, including vehicle check-in/check-out, inspections, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and condition
• Assist customers with loaner agreements and explain policies clearly
• Support service advisors by preparing repair orders, updating customers, and managing workflow
• Communicate effectively with technicians and service staff to ensure timely service updates
• Uphold dealership standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer experience

Pay $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on level of experience in this area.
