Exciting opening for a rare career opportunity with one of the fastest growing automotive groups in the Washington DC metro area.

 We are looking for a dynamic, well rounded, career focused individual to join our team here at Passport Automotive Group.

You will be tasked with sourcing, screening via phone and or email, and face to face interviews. Developing and creating relationships with both new hires, hiring resources and creating new sources.

We have the latest technology to speed the onboarding process including a state of the art ATS system and HRIS/HRMS system.  Knowledge of CareerBuilder ‘luceo’ and Snagajob/Peoplematter helpful but not necessary.

We want to talk to you if you have a minimum of 3 years in the automotive world, whether that be sales, service or recruiting.

This is a full-time position, not a contract and you will not be a third party recruiter. You will be working hand in hand with each of our NINE storefronts to help with the need for QUALITY staff.

You will be in constant contact with our internal customers to find their wants and needs as well as our external customer and possible candidates.

This position requires a professional appearance, positive energy and self motivation. Only the highly organized and diligent need apply.

Job Requirements

3 years in the automotive industry, sales, service or recruiting.

Pass a drug screen.

Have a clean driving record.
