The Successful Person Will Be / Do The Following:

  • Someone who THRIVES in an environment of HIGH accountability and FULL transparency
  • YOU MUST LEAD FROM THE FRONT – Our Managers LEAD by DOING not by TELLING
  • You are the FIRST point of contact with ALL internet clients
  • Makes 100+ outgoing calls a day using Click To Call
  • Follows the Passport Process – CALL – TEXT – CALL – EMAIL
  • Comfortable with and fully use our in-house CRM and other technology
  • Manages the internet process as each lead is “handed off” to the sales team members and FOLLOWS UP with all team members to ensure that the process is being followed DAILY
  • Manages by showing & doing.
  • This is a WORKING position, not an admin position.  Requires HIGH level of consistency and follow through daily.
  • Develops a culture of accountability in Lead Response and Sales Volume.
  • Is comfortable closing car deals and getting involved on phone calls as needed to help the team.
  • Can train and motivate new employees.
  • Looking for a long term fit at a dealership filled with high performers.
  • All marketing is handled for you. This position is 100% about creating sales revenue for the department and store by actively converting PROSPECTS into APPOINTMENTS that SHOW and then SELL.
